DAMAGE WAIVER FEE

MCR Charges a damages waiver fee of 5% of the rental if a certificate of insurance of $1,000,000.00 minimum coverage listing Midwest Construction Rentals as the loss payee on the contractors equipment policy for Lease/Rental Equipment or Inland Marine, for the full replacement value of the Equipment is not provided. This fee will be waived if the proper insurance information is provided.

The Damage Waiver Fee is not insurance. It is a Non-Refundable fee.
