Branch Operations Manager
Job description
As Branch Manager of Midwest Construction Rentals, you will be a leader of a growing privately owned business in Central Illinois. Midwest Construction Rentals strives to be the customer's first choice in the equipment rental and construction supply industry. From aerial lifts, compaction, dirt moving equipment to general construction tools, we aim to be the only call needed to outfit a job site with the proper equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct staff to maximize all potential customer relationships/orders
Enforce safety on all aspects of work
Oversee daily orders and pickups to ensure customer requirements and schedules are met
Profit and Loss
Coordinate the shop to ensure equipment turnover and utilization is at an adequate level
Ensure equipment leaves the yard in safe operating conditions
If need be recruit, interview, select, hire, and train appropriate number of employees
Various administrative duties
As well as other duties assigned
Job Package:
Annual bonus based on individual and store performance
Truck with gas card
Cell phone paid
85% of Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid
401K (with 6% matching) option after one year
Any equipment can be used for personal use at their place of residency free of charge
Hours are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
Paid Time Off
Requirements:
3 years or more in the equipment rental business
Management or supervisory experience
Class A CDL with air brake and manual endorsements
Strong customer service & telephone skills
Sale or Customer service experience is a bonus
Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment
Previous equipment experience
